A thing about over-shooting. You are overshooting, note your airspeed and climb, if the bandit follows then you continue to climb keep about 80 degrees on the pitch ladder. Make sure to keep him in sight and when his nose falls, or just before, pull down and shoot him.
If you overshoot, the flight path with equal speed, then you have to watch for scissors to start if he reverses, then get slow ASAP. If you don't think you can get slow to have a tighter turn radius than him, keep your speed and continue your turn in corner after he reverses into you. Don't forget to jink!
