So I got information around the net and from 2 independed people living in syria (which I know well) that the entire conflict is now entirely back to engagement status. First attacks started about 12 days ago via air and smaller infantry battles in regions currently occupied by the FSA and their groups (the ones acknowledging the syrian-opposition-government in exile and the Syrian National Council).
The لواء الجهاد في سبيل الله (Jihad in the path of god brigade, which is part of the FSA) is currently also reestablishing imense attacks against the ISIS, according to my friends.
Seems like the FSA assumes the entire cease fire agreement for broken after an airstrike on a local hospital in Aleppo. German news papers assume that the attack was planned; which would now sum up to about 358 attacks and strikes against hospitals in the entire war by the Assad Regime. As far as I have been told russia did quiet some damage to the FSA groups since DEC15.
Has anyone more detailed information about the local situation? Both phone calls were not longer then 10 minutes so no indepth explanations could be made.
