Seeders should encourage a system where players wait for the 'right moment' to JIP in as it gets things unorganized when 5 players suddenly teleport-to-SL during a firefight or a crucial phase of a mission.
It's a difficult situation to avoid. You might want to consider some kind of wave-JIP to go along with wave respawn, every 10 minutes or so everyone who JIP'd & died respawn together. That way there's a better chance of cohesion.
