WSSDecode.exe's own documentary says, that there is a way to let it decode multiple WSS files at once.
But how? I am a noob at cmd commands but I guess I will have to learn in order to use these tools properly. I tried:
dewss "path\to\wss\files" "path\where\to\put\wav\files" but it does nothing. I thought it would decode all wss files in that folder.
Please help me out here guys.
Thanks in advance!

Did you use the dewss or dewssdos command?
I can't but notice it says DeWssDos SourceFolder DestinationFolder in that documentation.
If all else fails the FORFILES command can possibly be used:
forfiles /m *.wss /c "cmd /c dewss(dos) @file d:\destination\folder"

Ah shit, sorry. Yes, I used DeWssDos. I can not edit my original post for some reason.
Thank you for your tip. I thought of something like "run command X for all files in Y folder" but I did not know how to code that.
Your command gives me an error though.
forfiles /m *.wss /c "cmd dewssdos @file "E:\Downloads\ARMA 2 ADDONS\WORK SPACE\ArmA 3\SpeedOfSound\addons\speedofsound_mx\speedofsound_mx"" PAUSE
It says that argument "2" is invalid. I already put the folder into "" marks but it still can't deal with spaces? I am a bit confused on what to do. :-/
I GOT IT!!!
forfiles /p "E:\Downloads\ARMA 2 ADDONS\WORK SPACE\ArmA 3\SpeedOfSound\addons\speedofsound_mx\speedofsound_mx" /s /m *.wss /c "cmd /c dewssdos @file"
Thank you man! Finally, proper fucking wss to wav quick conversion, oh boy hours of work saved right there!
